All Sales are Final
No-Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances.
However, Special Occasions Bridal Depot will issue a replacement for 1) item(s) that are damaged, 2) if the ordered item(s) received is the incorrect style, color or size.
All merchandise must be inspected immediately. If there is a defect in the merchandise the customer must contact Special Occasions Bridal Depot within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Special Occasions Bridal Depot must verify the defect or damage prior to issuing any exchanges. Any dress altered or changed prior to the inspection will not be allowed for a return.
All tags and labels cannot be removed or altered.
How to take your measurements for the best gown size
Measurements: What You Need To Know
This is one of most important purchases for your wedding. You've been exercising, dieting, eating better. You've lost those 10 pounds, and we still actually expect you to order a size 12 gown? If the chart says so, yes we do - and I'll tell you the same thing my mother told me when I found out my gown was going to have a "Size 14" tag in it: "Cut the thing out!" Remember, it's easier to alter a dress down than to try to lose that last inch, especially with all the goodies at the teas and showers!
Always remember that gown sizes may be, and often are, very different than regular clothing. You order your gown to fit your largest measurement size. So if your bust equals a size 14, your waist a size 12 and your hips a 12, you would order the 14. When you place your order, we show you the size charts from the manufacturer - but ultimately, the choice of what size to order is always yours. We do recommend, however, that if you're right on the edge of two sizes, order the larger.
So, how do you take your measurements? We recommend you have the professional seamstress who will alter your gown take your measurements for you.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS - THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BE WRONG!
When you're measured, wear shoes with a heel height similar to what you plan to wear on your wedding day, wear a similar bra or bustier and, if you have one laying around, wear a similar petticoat.
Special Occasions Bridal Depot cannot assume responsibility for the size ordered or the measurements taken. The customer is responsible for the size they order. Special Occasions Bridal Depot cannot suggest a specific size.
